Terms and Conditions


The parcels are usually sent within 1 day after receipt of payment, excluding holidays and pre-holidays. Shipments for orders placed before 12.00 are processed during the day (except for different communications and excluding sending on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

To view the delivery times, you will also receive an email from the Corriere used, eg. BRT, TNT with all the info to follow the Tracking.

The Shipments are entrusted to Express Couriers. They are all traceable and insured.

Conditions of Sale

1. Application

These General Conditions of Contract (hereinafter: CGC) have value for all orders and shipments that occur between Miele S.r.l. (hereinafter: petplusultra) and its customers through the www.petplusultra.com website.

2. Order procedure, Contract conclusion, Quantity limitation

Order procedure

The Seller offers its customers a wide range of products. By clicking on the product the customer is led to the relevant product page where he can view the details of the article. Then setting the desired quantity and clicking on the symbol of the cart, will insert the product in a virtual shopping cart.

Then clicking on the item "Shopping Cart", located at the top right of the screen, the customer displays a summary of the selected goods and has the opportunity to check and change his choice.

To end the purchase the customer can proceed. At this point, already registered customers will be able to enter their account where they have previously saved their data that they can automatically exploit for the order in progress. New customers can decide whether to register and then create their own account or whether to continue without registration. In the latter case, the customer must then enter the shipping and sending address of the order summary on the following screens.

Proceeding with the order, the customer displays a "Preview" of the order, complete with prices (incl. VAT) and options and delivery costs.

To complete the order, then send a binding offer, the customer will have to click on "Buy".

Conclusion of the contract

The display of the assortment produced in our e-shop is provided for informational purposes only and does not represent a binding offer to sell. Only when the customer clicks the "Buy" button sends us a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract. The customer then receives an automatic confirmation by e-mail of receipt of the order. This confirmation does not yet represent acceptance of the offer. The contract is perfected only when it sends the goods to the customer confirming the evasion always via e-mail.

Conclusion of the contract in the case of an advance bank transfer

In case of choice of the advance payment method, the purchase contract will be considered concluded already with the sending by the Seller of the information on the payment. The customer will receive this communication within 24 hours after the order has been processed. The confirmation of receipt of the order does not represent the payment information. If you have selected the bank transfer as a form of payment, the amount will be paid no later than 7 days from the time of the informative email by bank transfer to one of the current accounts indicated. Payment is deemed to be made when the invoice amount is credited to our current account, so that the date of the transfer is decisive for the payment deadline. If we do not register the payment within the above 7 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

3. Prices and delivery costs

All prices include Italian VAT.

The minimum amount for delivery is EUR 10.00 (delivery costs excluded). Selecting the express courier and the destination of the goods will have the shipping costs updated.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders will be processed within the limit of the warehouse stock; if not all products should be available, the Seller reserves, if it considers it tolerable for the customer, to make a partial delivery at his expense. In the event that for problems of supply not attributable to it, can not send the product ordered, reserves the right to terminate the contract. In this case the Seller will immediately inform the customer proposing a product with similar characteristics. If a replacement product is not found or the customer refuses to deliver the proposed item, he will immediately issue a refund for all the services already paid by the customer.

Shipments that take place within the European Union are exempt from customs duties. Any customs duties, taxes or fees for shipping to non-EU countries, with particular reference to Switzerland, are to be paid by the customer.

If the goods sent should have reported damage during transport, the customer is obliged to immediately inform the Customer Service. In this way we will have the opportunity to present a claim against the carrier or use the damage insurance. Failure to notify by the customer does not affect his legal warranty rights.

5. Reserve of ownership

The goods remain the property of petplusultra until payment is received. Without the permission of petplusultra the customer can not pledge, transfer as collateral, transform or manipulate the goods before transfer of ownership.

6. Right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005)

Customers, as consumers, have a right of withdrawal of fourteen days. "Consumer" means any natural person who, in contracts covered by this Directive, is acting for purposes which do not fall within the scope of his commercial, industrial, craft or professional activity. The following provisions concerning the right of withdrawal and related exclusions apply. In case of doubt or need for clarification regarding the right of withdrawal, please contact Customer Service.

Instructions on the right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period starts from the moment you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you acquires physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us by email by writing to the Customer Service of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit declaration.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Then you will have to return the Goods at your expense to our warehouse by choosing the Carrier you prefer.

Online dispute resolution for consumers:

the consumer residing in Europe must be aware of the fact that the European Commission has set up an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool. This tool can be used by the European consumer to resolve in a non-judicial manner any dispute concerning and / or deriving from contracts for the sale of goods and services stipulated on the network. As a consequence, if you are a European consumer, you can use this platform for the resolution of any dispute arising from the online contract stipulated with the Owner. The platform is available at the following link (https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr). The Owner is available to reply to any query sent by email to the address (e-mail address of the trader).

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to us, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be incurred as a consequence of such reimbursement. We can suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until the demonstration by you of having sent back the goods, if previous.

The costs of returning the goods will be charged to the customer.

You are only responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is not provided for the supply of:

any non-prefabricated goods, produced on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, tailor-made or clearly personalized, the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, sealed goods that can not be returned for hygienic or related reasons to the protection of health and have been opened after delivery, goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods.

7. Warranty and responsibility

The warranty provisions provided for by law are in force.

8. Payment methods and discount coupons

Terms of payment

Payments can be made by credit and prepaid cards, bank transfer, Paypal. The Seller reserves the right to accept only certain payment methods. We do not accept postal orders or bank checks.

Bank transfer

The goods will be sent automatically upon receipt of payment in our system which normally takes place within 2-3 working days after the transaction. The copy of the bank transfer can not be accepted for the purpose of the order.

Codes and discount coupons

When collecting a discount coupon, you must always check the conditions such as the minimum order value, the expiration date of the voucher, etc ... indications that are on the voucher itself. Only one discount can be used for each purchase. Codes or coupons can not be traded, can not be converted into cash, nor can they be reimbursed retroactively.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

The purchased products have the legal guarantee of conformity of the goods, art.128 and ss. Consumption code.
The legal guarantee is valid for two years and must be asserted by the consumer within two months from the discovery of the defect.

10. Purchase tests

On some products the purchase tests could be taken. The bag will then be closed with cloth and Scotch tape. Please note that this procedure takes a few moments before the product is packaged to be shipped. This procedure allows us to obtain discounts from suppliers and keep prices of our products profitable for customers.

11. Final provisions

Any invalidity of one of the provisions contained in these General Conditions of Contract does not affect the validity of the contract itself. Italian law is applicable, excluding the United Nations' international sale and purchase right (CISG).
